Remember the Keystone pipeline Well, if you had forgotten about it, no matter. There has still been no decision on whether or not to go ahead with construction. This, in spite of the fact that:

… Americans are already decided. They support the project by a wide margin, prioritizing potential economic benefits over possible environmental consequences.

Be assured, however, that the administration, in the form of the State Department, is not dragging its feet.  It insists, in fact, that it is:

… evaluating the project in “a rigorous, transparent, and efficient manner.”

And the most disturbing part is … by Washington’s standards, That’s probably true.
