President Barack Obama flubbed the mayor of Buffalo’s name, calling him Brian Higgins instead of Byron Brown:
The Buffalo crowd quickly corrected Obama, who offered up this excuse: “This is what happens when you get to be 52 years old. When I was 51, everything was smooth.”
Brian Higgins represents New York’s 29th Congressional District.
