Whatbetter way to warm up than to head across the river for some spicy Mexican food and margaritas? That was apparently just what Speaker-elect John Boehner did Tuesday night. Boehner was spotted about 8:30 p.m. at Guapo’s Mexican restaurant, casually dressed and enjoying a few margaritas at the Shirlington establishment. A Yeas & Nays source said Boehner also braved the chilly air to puff on a cigarette. Sen. John McCain also was out Tuesday night, dining with Sen. Lindsey Graham and two others at Wolfgang Puck’s the Source. McCain ordered the Assam prawns while Graham had the pan-roasted chicken. We also hear that former British Prime Minister Tony Blair was at the Westin Fairfax at Embassy Row on Massachusetts Avenue Wednesday morning. The Westin said Blair was “absolutely not” staying at the hotel. Actor Jamie Foxx was also spotted Wednesday morning as he was leaving the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Southwest.
