Virtual Fence Delay

You know, this cartoon seemed a lot funnier when I drew it in my sketchbook last week. I feel like this is one of those times where the cartoonist failed the idea. Oh well. It’s better than doing a cartoon about the Texas and Ohio primaries before the results are in and getting it dead wrong.
