When Republican candidates were asked to choose their Secret Service codenames, former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush quickly jabbed: “Ever-ready. It’s very high energy, Donald,” prodding rival Donald Trump who has criticized Bush for being “low energy” on the campaign trail.
Trump responded, amused, by giving Bush a thumbs up and offering him a high five, Trump’s second of the night, his first given to Ben Carson.
