Jimmy Fallon really wants a sandwich named after him

“The Tonight Show” had on special guest Andy Samberg Wednesday night and discussed his recent honor of getting a burger named after him — the Samberger.

Umami Burger features the “Samberger” with ingredients found on Chicago dogs.

But while host Jimmy Fallon enjoyed the burger, he was also a little bit disappointed that he has never been honored in the same way.

During the commercial break, Fallon told Samberg about his failed attempt to get a sandwich named after him at Carnegie Deli.

“I said, ‘I’ll get a Jimmy Fallon.’ He said, ‘What’s that?’ ‘I’ll get a Jimmy Fallon.’ ‘What is that?’ ‘The Jimmy Fallon.’ ‘I don’t know what you’re talking about,'” Fallon recounted.

“A Jimmy Fallon is turkey with stuffing and gravy and cranberry sauce on toast. I tried it like four times hoping it would stick. It never happened.”
