Injected Doubt

Last week, Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine instituted a moratorium on executions based on questions about the constitutionality of lethal injections, which are now being weighed by the U.S. Supreme Court. Virginia is one of 35 states that use the controversial method. While reading up on the subject, I came across an interesting story that makes some states seem as if they care more about puppies and kittens than people.
