I agree and the place to start is EarmarkWatch.org. And here. And here. And here. And here, too. But why limit the fun to Hillary? This same crowd-sourcing process should be done for all of the presidential and congressional candidates. I guarantee there are scandals just waiting to be discovered out there for candidates in both parties.
