FOURTH OF JULY
The Baltimore Inner Harbor has a packed Fourth of July celebration today with an a cappella performance by Smooth Teaze kicking off the program at 3 p.m. The U.S. Naval Academy Band performs from 8:30 to 9:30 p.m., and fireworks begin at 9:30 p.m. Free. Tonight?s Fourth of July in the Sky is a ticketed event on top of the Maryland Science Center that includes a four-hour open bar and buffet, with a guest DJ and dancing. 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. $50. Maryland Science Center, 601 Light St., Baltimore.
Pet lovers should head to Pets on Parade, a vision of creatively costumed pets as they promenade around the AVAM, then compete in a talent show and fight for titles such as Best Costume and Most Patriotic. 10 a.m. Free. American Visionary Art Museum, 800 Key Highway, Baltimore.
Annapolis will celebrate Independence Day starting with a naturalization ceremony of 50 new Americans that is open to the public, followed by tours of the William Paca House,plus readings and childrens? crafts. 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free. The three-day Dundalk Heritage Fair features ongoing entertainment from noon to 10 p.m. on three stages, with food vendors, a beer garden, an arts and crafts market, amusement rides and special events, not to mention fireworks tonight at 9:15 p.m. $0-$5. Catch a performance in the three-night run of Star-Spangled Spectacular, where the BSO celebrates the holiday by performing Tchaikovsky?s “1812 Overture, Sousa?s “Stars and Stripes Forever” and more, along with a fireworks display. 8 p.m. $9-$18. WHO?S IN TOWN

MUSIC
