Police said the elderly man was knocked to the ground after he refused to give up the keys to his car.
During a raid at the home of McKenzie-Gude, authorities said they seized four assault rifles, two shotguns, a handgun and chemicals to make explosives. They also found a list of the addresses of his high school’s students and letterhead from the Montgomery County Police Department. That led authorities to also charge a 17-year-old Gaithersburg teen who was a student intern with the police department.
