WASHINGTON (AP) — Metro says buses will replace trains on parts of the red and orange lines this weekend due to maintenance work, leading to some delays.

Metro says three red line stations, Brookland, Rhode Island Ave and NoMa-Gallaudet U, will be closed. Free shuttle buses will take passengers between Fort Totten and Union Station. Metro says customers traveling through the work zones should add 20 to 30 minutes to their travel time.

In addition, on the orange line, buses will replace trains between Vienna and East Falls Church. Three stations, Vienna, Dunn Loring and West Falls Church, will be closed. Customers should add 15 minutes to their travel time if using an express bus and 40 minutes if riding a bus making intermediate stops.
