The original Fergie (not that Black Eyed Peas wannabe, but the real Duchess of York) was spotted Monday signing autographs at the Tysons Corner Neiman Marcus.
Sarah Ferguson is in town to promote her production of “The Young Victoria,” a film featuring “The Devil Wears Prada” actress Emily Blunt that depicts the turbulent first years of Queen Victoria’s reign.
