Rocker Ted Nugent is hopping back on the Trump Train.
In an interview, the part-time political preacher and full-time hunter said the nation would be lucky to have former President Donald Trump back. “I love the man,” he said. “I love Trump.”
Nugent has been speaking out recently against mask and vaccine mandates and in support of the Canadian trucker “Freedom Convoy.”
In a call, he agreed with some who think the former president talks too much. “I think he’s much too verbose. Look who’s saying that,” said Nugent, a famous fast talker.
But as some felt in the 2016 election, it’s Nugent’s view that it is good to have a blunt and sometimes harsh president to spark action on critical problems.

Nugent cited several areas in which Trump had notable accomplishments over his four years, such as border control, which has crumbled under President Joe Biden.
“Let’s look at the conditions he helped to create. They were all good,” Nugent said.
“Nothing matters except the accomplishments. I would pray to God that the ‘RINOs’ and the comfortably known in the conservative world would look past the relentless tsunami of hate and lies and the intentional misrepresentation of this great man and he would once again take the helm,” he said.
