Comptroller Peter Franchot and Internal Revenue Service officials Thursday again extended the deadline for storm-impacted residents to file their tax returns.
The new deadline is midnight Thursday. Officials asked taxpayers to mark their returns “April 16 Storm,” to prevent incurring late fees.
