Just in time for the 2012 election cycle, former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer has been recruited by CNN to be its newest political contributor. Fleischer’s time serving as spokesman during the Bush years certainly makes him well qualified for the part. “It’s shaping up as a red hot political year and I’m eager to lend my perspective to it,” said Fleischer. They announced the news on Tuesday.
