It isn’t just Barack Obama’s camp that’s starting to claim victory over Hillary Clinton. Some conservatives are, too. Richard Collins, the Texas GOP activist and fundraiser behind the anti-Clinton site StopHerNow.com, has declared her, well, stopped.

“Sen. Clinton has been whupped and its over,” Collins told us. “The thing about the Clintons is that they never quit and it has worked for them. But if perseverance and toughness is the key to winning, it doesn’t always work and it hasn’t worked this time. Fact of the matter is its over for Hillary.”

To that end, the site produced a final episode of its satirical cartoon talk show, “The Hillary Show,” in which the show gets canceled and Clinton, unable to give up, starts a pirate radio show from a 1985 Winnebago.

Not that Collins’ work is done. Late last week, he announced the debut of Stop-Him-Now.com to help take down Obama. His fake show, called “The Oval Office,” has already premiered, with the first episode featuring a visit from none other than a cartoon Jeremiah Wright.
