I had an economic stimulus package idea all good to go before I went out to lunch today. Shortly after I returned, the Senate delayed action on their bill, so I went with the other sketch from this morning: the above Bill Clinton cartoon. Though, be on the lookout for another economic stimulus cartoon in the very near future!
