Joel Bennett, a lawyer for one of the women who accused Cain of sexual harassment called into CNN’s “Anderson Cooper 360.” last night, to talk about his client.
“She’s been very upset about this since the story broke last Sunday, because Mr. Cain has been giving the impression she came out and made false allegations,” Bennett said to the panel.

“Does she believe that Mr. Cain is not telling the truth?” CNN’s political analyst Gloria Borger asked. “Yes.” Bennett answered.
Bennett admitted that there was little his client could say or do in response to Cain’s side of the story, and called for the National Restaurant Association to release his client from the confidentiality agreement so she could speak.
