Anderson Cooper wasn’t the only one out and about Logan Circle over the weekend. On Friday morning, former presidential candidate Ralph Nader was spotted walking on P Street Northwest. Our spy noted he was wearing a ball cap and sporting a wrist brace. He had a Whole Foods reusable grocery bag with him as well.

On Friday night, former White House adviser David Axelrod and his wife were seen dining alfresco at Commissary. During his time at the White House, Axelrod lived nearby and frequented the strip of restaurants on P Street.
Also on Friday, Supreme Court Justice Elena Kagan stopped by Lincoln Restaurant with a female friend. They sipped on Moscow Mules (a vodka cocktail that comes in a cool copper mug) and Pisco Sours and ordered the Arctic char, the roasted heirloom eggplant, corn on the cob, sweet potato fries and the rockfish.
