SIGHTINGS Charlie Sheen was spotted at the Ritz-Carlton in Georgetown on Monday morning with at least one of his “goddesses,” Natalie Kenly. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us the actor was with three women but none of them appeared to be goddess Bree Olsen. Sheen is in town for his Violent Torpedo of Truth Tour on Tuesday night at DAR Constitution Hall.
