EXHIBIT

Fourth Wall: Baltimore?s Music Voyeurs, an exhibition of music photography, turns the lenses on the musicians who inspire shutterbugs Eldon Baldwin, J.M. Giordano, Frank Hamilton, Sam Holden, Jim Lucio (aka Defekto), Robert Macy, Rob Perry and Josh Sisk. Reflecting on these stills out of the context of their original presentation gives the viewer the opportunity to appreciate them for the artwork they are. This evening, DJ Gilbert spins the opening reception for the exhibit, which runs through Sept. 30. 7 p.m. Free. The Windup Space, 10 W. North Ave., Baltimore.

MUSIC

If you loved the Oscar-winning Jennifer Hudson in “Dreamgirls,” you?ll love Washington, D.C., native and neo-soul powerhouse Julia Nixon. The recipient of the 2007 Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Musical, Nixon stole the show in the original Broadway production of the sexy musical. 8:30 p.m. $22.50. Rams Head On Stage, 33 West St., Annapolis.
