The Examiner asked Westminster Common Council candidates about what they could offer that other candidates couldn?t.
William Gill: “Being a lifetime resident of Westminster, I have witnessed its progress and growth. I am aware of the city?s current problems and can offer a new and youthful perspective in addition to fresh ideas on resolutions.”
Suzanne Albert: “Being a councilwoman brings diversity to the Common Council.”
Robert Wack: “I offer a unique set of skills and experience that will continue providing leadership to improve city operations and services.”
Greg Pecoraro: “As a councilman for most of the last 12 years, I have brought to the council new ideas, the ability to ask tough questions and make difficult decisions and an understanding of the long-term needs of our community, combined with valuable experiences from a career in state and federal government.”
Charles Cull: “I do not know if I can offer more than the other candidates. We have three incumbents in the race who have an established base. I do, however, work in the city and county on a daily basis and do interface with the community through my job. Knowing the issues first-hand will definitely be of help to the process.”
Ken Warren did not respond.
