NEW ORLEANS (AP) — Nan Wier Properties has completed its second recent purchase of a commercial building in New Orleans’ Bywater neighborhood.

The company bought the building housing the New Orleans Conservation Guild at 3620 Royal St. a little more than a month ago.
Nan Wier Properties paid $770,000 for the japonica Street building, about $100,000 less than the listing price.
