Politics’biggest female stars are getting the comedic treatment from Second City, the Chicago comedy group where greats like Tina Fey and Stephen Colbert got their start. In “A Girl’s Guide to Washington Politics,” the five players (four of whom are women) make cracks and sing songs about Sarah Palin, Hillary Clinton, Nancy Pelosi, Michelle Obama, Christine O’Donnell and the female Supremes. They make stereotypical Dupont Circle jokes and have fun with voter demographics. In the Hillary Clinton “I told you so” skit, comedian Rebecca Sohn envisions how much better a Clinton presidency would be. The comedic version of Clinton promises to do things like combine Delaware and Rhode Island into a really good state. And shoot Michele Bachmann.
Lili-Anne Brown plays a satisfied black woman thanks to “the Michelle Obama” — any cocktail a white dude buys for a black woman thanks to his admiration for the first lady.

“Two more years of free cocktails is an economic stimulus package I can get behind,” Brown says as she raises a martini toast to the audience.
Then there’s Lori McClain, whose Nancy Pelosi is basically McClain refusing to move her face.
“Seriously, I am not bitter,” she says, playing an overly Botoxed speaker. And while girls rule, Joey Bland’s Todd Palin gets a big laugh.
“All I can remember is Piper and TicTac,” he says when naming the kids.
And the comedians have already entertained the real girls of Washington politics. Last week the show attracted Sens. Claire McCaskill, Olympia Snowe, Blanche Lincoln, Maria Cantwell, Dianne Feinstein, Barbara Mikulski, Debbie Stabenow, Jeanne Shaheen, Susan Collins, Kay Hagan, Amy Klobuchar and Lisa Murkowski.
“A Girl’s Guide to Washington Politics” runs through Jan. 9 at the Woolly Mammoth Theatre in Chinatown.
