NEW YORK (AP) — Nine children and two adults were hurt after a school bus accident in Queens.
Authorities say the injured were taken to a hospital for observation. No one had life-threatening injuries.
It happened around 7:20 a.m. Tuesday on Liberty Avenue and 183rd Street in Jamaica.
A Department of Education spokeswoman says the bus was stopped at a light when it was hit by a car.
It wasn’t clear if any charges were filed.
