A Howard University freshman arrived back on campus for her new semester but is now missing.
University officials are asking for the public’s help in finding 17-year-old Arianna Carr, who left her home in Oakland, Calif. Jan. 7. Carr was seen on campus after that, but family members have not been able to contact her, according to a blog post on the school’s official tumblr account.
