A Capitol Heights man was sentenced to four months behind bars for masturbating on the Metrorail system.
Robert Lee Scott Jr., 48, pleaded guilty Monday to two counts of indecent exposure and one count of giving false identity to a law enforcement officer.
Scott is also expected to face another count of misdemeanor sexual abuse for a similar incident at the Foggy Bottom station in D.C.
Metro Transit Police arrested Scott at the Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport station in Virginia on July 26, after two travelers said he was masturbating on a train. Responding detectives found Scott wearing a shirt bearing the logo of a popular national restaurant chain, which matched the descriptions for two other incidents that had occurred within the previous two days.
