Man prevented from taking gun on flight

A West Virginia man was stopped from bringing a gun onto an airplane at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, authorities said.

TSA officers found the gun and ammunition magazine, which contained six rounds of ammunition, in the carry-on bag belonging to 43-year-old Robin Kincaid Welch, of Victor, W. Va.
