President Joe Biden is delivering remarks at the LBJ Presidential Library in Austin, Texas, to mark the 60th anniversary of the Civil Rights Act.
Enacted under President Lyndon Johnson, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 outlaws discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.
