A social media campaign took Democratic senators by storm Tuesday, with dozens of them simultaneously posting videos of themselves reading from the same script.

The message came just hours before President Donald Trump‘s first speech to Congress since taking office for the second time. While Sen. Elissa Slotkin (D-MI) will offer the Democratic response following Trump, the Democratic Strategic Communications Committee promoted its effort to flood social media with the message.
