“Our state cannot and should not continue maintaining companies, productive entities, services and budgeted sectors with bloated payrolls (and) losses that hurt the economy.”

Is it a Tea Party candidate railing against government bureaucracy and the Obama administration’s bailout of General Motors and the UAW?

No! It’s Communist Cuba’s state-run union, announcing the layoff of 500,000 government employees now and 500,000 later. They seem to be getting the right idea just as we’re losing it.
