Sen. Markwayne Mullin (R-OK) is familiar with public conflicts in Congress, as he faces another one over his confirmation as the next Homeland Security secretary.

President Donald Trump tapped Mullin, a former professional wrestler who trained as an MMA fighter, to become the next DHS secretary on Thursday, replacing Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem on March 31. Mullin, taking on the position of DHS secretary, has roughly three years of service in the Senate and 10 years in the House of Representatives
