An article in Friday’s edition of The Washington Examiner incorrectly reported the title of the D.C. official who ordered Bank of America to pay the city $13.5 million for breach of contract over District’s tax office scandal. D.C.’s contracting officer for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer made the order.
