Less than a week remains in the Montgomery County Humane Society’s Black Cat Adoption Special.
Black cats are the least likely to be adopted because of undeserved myths. So MCHS is waiving most adoption fees for solid black cats and kittens over six months old adopted during August from its shelter or in its foster program.
