The persistent and highly entertaining Jimmy McMillan may not have had much success securing political office, but after nearly a decade’s worth of stunts and attention-grabbing efforts, the founder of the Rent Is Too Damn High Party will likely shine in the spotlight again in a new documentary film titled “Damn!” The feature, to be released Aug. 16, captures highlights from McMillan on the campaign trail during his 2010 run for New York governor.
