Fry, the chairman of the Maryland State Lottery Commission, said they’re planning to review temporary slots proposals at the Anne Arundel Mall. “We are trying to move forward as quickly as possible,” said commission Chairman Donald Fry at a meeting in Annapolis on Monday. Legal proceedings and a ballot vote have delayed a parlor from opening there for more than a year.
