Hillary Clinton’s former information technology specialist will testify about his involvement in the set-up and maintenance of the presumptive Democratic nominee’s private email server.

Bryan Pagliano, who struck an immunity deal with the Justice Department in order to speak about the server arrangement, is expected to invoke his Fifth Amendment rights and decline to answer questions.

In the lawsuit brought by conservative watchdog Judicial Watch, several of Clinton’s top aides have been forced to submit for depositions.

Huma Abedin, Clinton’s former deputy chief of staff, is scheduled for a deposition June 28.
