Three more women have reported that they were sprayed with semen this summer while shopping, Gaithersburg police said.
Michael W. Edwards Jr., 28, of the 17000 block of Downing Street in Gaithersburg, has been charged with three more counts of second-degree assault.
He was charged earlier this month in connection with two other attacks at Gaithersburg stores. Police allege that Edwards squirted his victims with semen from a bottle.
Police said the additional attacks occurred on July 2 and 8 at the same Giant food store where earlier assaults were reported.
He was being held Thursday pending a $50,000 bond.
