NEW ORLEANS (AP) — The Louisiana Children’s Museum is planning a basket of Halloween season activities on Oct. 28.

Dubbed the Museum Mash, a dance party, games, trick-or-treating and entertainment are set from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

The New Orleans Voodoo Dolls and the New Orleans Dance Academy Flash Mob will perform to Halloween music in the museum’s Times-Picayune Theater.

Tickets are priced at $5 per person for museum members and $10 for others. Pre-registration (www.lcm.org ) is recommended but tickets will be available at the door. Proceeds will help fund the museum’s educational programs and exhibits.

The museum is at 420 Julia St. in New Orleans.
