There are only two days left before Congress breaks for its summer recess, but there are a host of issues still waiting to be sorted out. Immigration reform, the Highway Trust Fund and Veterans Affairs legislation are all major pieces of legislation still on the docket.

Congress is expected to sort out VA legislation, however the forecast for both immigration and the Highway Trust Fund remain unclear.
