– Actor Donald Faison, whose most famous role is playing Dr. Christopher Turk on the TV show “Scrubs,” getting big laughs Friday night at the Susan G. Komen Honoring the Promise Gala at the Kennedy Center. Faison was tasked with giving out the Danaher Scientific and Medical Distinction Award to a real doctor, Dr. Charles M. Perou. “Some of you may not understand that,” Faison said of his opening line. “To help you out, it there are any pregnant women in the audience tonight and your water breaks, I’m not the guy.”
