Morton’s the Steakhouse in Crystal City began the baseball season with a home run. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us that about 30 Atlanta Braves players (including starting pitcher Derek Lowe) had dinner there Wednesday night along with Hall of Famer Don Sutton and Washington Nationals pitcher Todd Coffey.
Most of the Braves enjoyed Cajun ribeyes, we’re told, except for Lowe, who opted for the filet mignon.

Sutton ordered the New York strip and Coffey paired his meal with a glass of milk (to help keep his bones strong, we think). That’s good, because the Nats are going to need all the help they can get this season.
