I‘ve recently been watching “Flip That House” on cable, so it’s been in the back of my brain while at work. Because the latest turmoil in financial markets is rooted in U.S. housing and mortgages, it seemed logical to use the image of a house. That’s when “Flip That House” made its short hop from my subconscious onto the drawing board.
I’m hoping the panic that has gripped Wall Street lessens soon, because by most any other account the economy is doing fairly well. This seems like another example of an irrational mood swing — which further cements my belief that the stock market is, in actuality, an adolescent kid with braces and an acne problem.
