Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine on Tuesday declined to answer a question from Indiana Gov. Mike Pence on how the world fared under President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s watch.

Kaine listed off a number of accomplishments he attributed to former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, such as the death of Osama bin Laden and the reduction of U.S. troops abroad, and said Pence “doesn’t think things are going so well.”

“Do you?” Pence asked, incredulously.

Kaine didn’t reply.
