Florida Dems release anti-Trump ads with a Father’s Day message

The Florida Democratic Party has released four new anti-Donald Trump ads with a Father’s Day message mocking the presumptive GOP nominee.

The 30-second spots are part of a small television ad buy and will run Friday through Sunday, according to AdAge. Each ad offers some Father’s Day advice derived from provocative statements made by Trump read over grainy footage of dads with their families.

In the first ad, an announcer proclaims tip number one: “Be a dutiful wife.”

“As Donald says, when I come home and dinner’s not ready, I go through the roof,” the announcer says.

The second ad celebrates Father’s Day with tip number two: “Only date attractive people.”

“As Donald says, it doesn’t matter what they write as long as you’ve got a beautiful piece of a—,” the announcer says as the obscenity is bleeped in the ad.

The third ad offers another tip, “Be resilient.”

“As Donald says, you’ve got to treat women like ****,” the announcer says.

The fourth ad’s final tip implores viewers to, “Be as uninvolved with your children as possible.”

“As Donald says, I don’t do anything to take care of them. I supply funds and the women take care of the kids,” the announcer says.

The thrice-married Trump has five children ranging in age from 10 years old to 38 years old. Melania Trump, his third wife, is 46 years old.

The Trump campaign did not immediately respond to request for comment on the ads. The presumptive GOP nominee will campaign in Las Vegas, Nev., and Phoenix, Ariz., this weekend.
