Emily Hallas is a breaking news reporter for the Washington Examiner. She has covered an array of topics in depth, such as the 2024 elections, Hurricane Helene, and school choice in Nevada. She has also focused on civil rights issues, including antisemitism, and DEI. She held previous press positions on Capitol Hill after graduating from Bob Jones University with degrees in business administration and international studies.
