Prince George’s County Police are searching for the driver of a hit-and-run accident that killed one pedestrian and critically injured another.
The vehicle was described as possibly a 1990 gold Honda Accord with significant front end damage.
At around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, the car struck two people walking in the area of Walker Mill Road and Old Silver Hill Road in Capitol Heights, police said. When officers arrived, they found 28-year-old Krystal Diamond Brown and a 20-year-old man lying unconscious in the road. Both people were taken to a hospital where Brown was pronounced dead. The 20-year-old is in critical condition.
