Several people were pulled from a building fire in Northwest Washington, D.C. fire officials said.
Firefighters were called to the 100 block of Kennedy Street about 10 p.m. Thursday for a report of a fire in a two-story building.
Police rescued several people. Three people in their 50s and 60s were taken to the hospital for smoke inhalation.
