VP of America First Legal slams 'unfounded attempts to clog the federal courts as part of state lawfare against the Administration'

Chipotle, which has been hit hard by norovirus and E. coli, now is facing charges from the National Labor Relations Board about its social media policy for employees.

An NLRB administrative law judge ruled against the popular Mexican fast-casual restaurant chain in finding an unfair labor practice charge for what the judge called the company’s unlawful social media code of conduct.
