For President-elect Trump, climate change is a matter of degrees.
Trump discussed climate change briefly on Tuesday in a meeting with reporters and editors of the New York Times, according to live tweets from reporters attending the meeting.
Two climate issues were front-and-center for Trump: How much is battling it going to cost U.S. companies and “how much” is the climate actually changing due to manmade global warming? He did not, however, deny it was occurring.
“How much it will cost our companies” is a top concern, he said according to reporter Mike Grynbaum.
When Trump was asked if human activity is linked to climate change, he responded: “I think there is some connectivity. Some, something. It depends on how much.”
